Contact Manager


This function allows you to create and maintain a list of contacts connected with your job search. You can also keep notes concerning each contact. You can automatically add the contact information associated with a job by clicking the Store Contact Information hyperlink at the bottom of the Apply for Job screen.

Accessing Contact Manager

Click on CONTACT MANAGER on the account menu. The Contact Manager screen appears.

Create a New Contact Button

Click on the CREATE A NEW CONTACT button to access Create New Contact screen. See "Creating a New Contact" for additional instructions.
