Using Keyword Resume Search

Use this search to explore the resumes in the resume database by searching for a keyword or keywords in a resume. You can also search for a keyword or keywords within an occupation. You must also enter a location option and number of results displayed.

To begin a keyword search, click on RESUME SEARCH on the account menu.
Or
Click on the SEARCH RESUMES button in the Resumes section of the My Account page. The Resume Search Keyword screen appears.

Selecting a Job Category

Select a job category from the list.

And/Or

Entering a Keyword

Click on the Enter keyword(s) field, and type the keyword or keywords you want to search for.
Note: You must select either a job category or a keyword or both.

And

Selecting a Location Option

Select one of the three Candidates who radio buttons:
� are willing to work in
� reside in
� reside in and are willing to work in

Select the Search this U.S. City radio button, and type a U.S. city, city and state, or city and state abbreviation in the field provided.
Or
Select the Search within these three states radio button, and select up to three States from the three drop-down lists.
Or
Select the Search within this country radio button, and select a country from the drop-down list.

And

Selecting Additional Search Options

Select a time frame from the Resumes Entered/Updated drop-down list. The default value is Show All Active Resumes. Other choices range from Within Last Day to Within Last 60 Days.
And/Or
Select an education level from the Candidates with (degree) drop-down list. Choices range from Less than High School to Doctoral Degree.
And/Or
Select the Candidate desiring a salary by typing a salary range in the from-to boxes, and selecting a periodicity from the drop-down list.

And

Selecting Sort Options

Select a number from the Results per page drop-down list.

Select a sort scheme from the Sort results by drop-down list.

Executing Your Keyword Search

A check box allowing you to add this search to your Resume Scout appears to the left of the SEARCH NOW button. Select the check box to add the search to Resume Scout. For additional information on using Resume Scout see "Using Resume Scout" for more information.

Click on the SEARCH NOW button. The Resume Search Results screen appears.
