To obtain access to this free service, you need to register through your home state to take advantage of the America's Job Bank (AJB) network. This is necessary to ensure data integrity. As an employer, you cannot use AJB if:

you require significant monetary investment by a job seeker.
you charge a fee to job seekers.
the position you are trying to fill is involved in a labor dispute.

Once you have filed a registration, your state employment service reviews your status. Until the state validation is completed, you may browse the resume file, but you will not be given access to any job seeker information. The validation process generally takes no more than three (3) business days. Once your registration is validated, you have access to the full range of AJB's free services.
