Retrieving a Forgotten Password

    1. If you have forgotten your password, click on the hyperlink Forget your password? below every PASSWORD field. The Password Retrieval screen appears.
    2. Click on the USER NAME field, and type the user name you established when you registered.
    3. Click on the RETRIEVE PASSWORD button. A confirmation message appears. You will receive your password at the e-mail address you supplied when you registered.
